Natasha Charles has a BA-Psychology, MSED-Higher Education & Medical Education (University of Pennsylvania), Certificates-Business Essentials, Accounting & Finance (The Wharton School), and most recently, a certificate in Software Engineering (Coding Dojo).

She is currently working with BLK Capital Management Corp, Inc, a student-led organization whose mission is to expose undergraduate students of color across the globe to opportunities in the finance industry, as well as assisting entrepreneurs of color through their newly formed foundation, established with a generous donation from KKR.

She has a former career in senior administration where she served as a high-impact dynamic leader and change agent with over 15 years of experience in nonprofit administration, medical education, and higher education. She possesses strong project / program management skills with the unique ability to oversee and effectively manage systems, and develop and implement processes while achieving organizational objectives.

She is passionate about cultivating and maintaining the positive mindset, empowerment, resilience, the creative process, and finance.  Through conversation, she provides advisory services to founders: mindset cultivation/maintenance, ideation, strategic planning, process development/implementation, pitch deck review, storytelling, and networking.

In addition, Natasha is gifted, highly sensitive, involved in the New Thought movement, and a parent.
